A quarter-century of building in Cyprus.
Founded in 1999 by Akis Ioannou — a Canadian-trained architect with two decades of project management on large housing developments — Canadian Home Builders Ltd brings North American timber-frame know-how to the Cypriot landscape. Registered with the Contractors Association of Cyprus, we deliver around ten homes a year, working closely with clients from the first sketch to the final key.
