We are a small, hands-on team of architects, engineers and trades who care more about how a house feels in twenty years than how it photographs on day one.
Built on craft, not shortcuts
Every home we build starts with the land and the family who will live there. We don't repeat designs. We don't subcontract the parts that matter. And we don't finish until the house feels right.
Canadian know-how, Cypriot soul
Akis Ioannou trained as an architect in Canada and managed large-scale housing projects there before returning home to Cyprus in 1991. That blend of North American timber-frame engineering and Mediterranean sensibility is in everything we do.
